Wooo
Really sorry haven't been in but have had internet probs at home and am at work at the moment so not had time to read thread in full(quite busy in the hostel at the moment, it's taken the first three weeks for the residents to understand that lockdown means staying in and today they are all in........which leads to its own issues LOL
What I have managed to do though is 15 NSDs. I did shopping on 15th and 24th but needed some extra leccy and petrol so that took two days.
This lockdown has done me good, when I was coming in before here regularly I was 'getting it' and I think I've lost that; well no I know I've lost that by not coming in.
Am really going to try when all this is over to not 'pop into the shop' when I'm passing and planning my shopping again to just do every fortnight. I'e got really bad with that
Anyway thanks for keeping this going so I could come back Cathybird. It's really helped.
Oooops resident come up for a chat so must go
Promose to be in again soon xxx

kathy40uk I totally agree having this thread helps focus on what and when we're spending, its certainly helped me be less wasteful. ive manage 17/18 today after a couple of days of necessary spends
I'm avoiding the slightly bigger supermarket find the necessary policing of the isles a bit too stressful so shopping in a few smaller more local shops for my needs, so did this over a couple of days . O and I bought some new wellies off the internet ( still no amazon purchases though) so looking forward to those arriving and hope they fit . the pair I live in have completely worn away after 7 years so not a bad innings for my beloved "slippers"
Hope everyone has enjoyed and made the best of their weekend x
