Voluntary pay cut reversible?

Hi folks,

quick question. I agreed to a voluntary pay cut to reduce my hours and salary to 80% from the 16.3.20 for the next 3 month. I was let go from the company on the 18.3.20 with a weeks pay until 25.3.20 ( I was in probation period) my question is if I can revoke the pay cut for the time 16.3-25.3 due to the fact that the decision was made with me staying employed.

thanks in advance.

It depends on the terms under which you agreed the pay cut.

can you specify? I agreed for the next 3 month due to the circumstances, to help the company manage, but that was before I was let go. also, that was before the government grants the 80% pay. so since I was let go after I obviously don't agree to that anymore. i hope that makes more sense now?
