I was contacted by a Gumtree user complaining that I'd left him/her a 2-star review, 249 days ago - for needlessly wasting my time. I looked back at the messages I received from them in relation to an iPhone I'd wanted to sell - I've gathered them together, as you can see below. I never heard again from the buyer until the complaint about the review arrived this morning. Do you think I've been too harsh?
