My daughter came home from uni a few weeks ago as she was told they were closing early for Easter while at home she was told it would now be closed untill September , she is renting a house which she now dosen't use and can not afford to pay for, I stood guarantor but I have also been laid off because of Covid 19, will I be held liable if she dosen't pay her rent? Also can we travel to the house as all her belongings are there in the empty house?

Contracts still apply. You'll have to come to some arrangement with the landlord - presuming that the landlord is not in breach of contract by not allowing the space to be used.
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
