Furlough - hope I qualify

Hi,
I am a teacher working for an agency. I was told by the agency that I would be furloughed as long as I qualify. I hope I do. I started working for the agency on 25th February and in total worked four weeks for them until schools closed. The one week I worked for them in February I only worked three day. Then in March for the second week I worked four days, the third week five days and the fourth week four days. I have paid emergency tax on all my salary so far even though I gave them my P45 just prior to starting with this agency.
Do you think I will qualify for furlough? I have read conflicting advice on the Government website, and I am not sure that if I am lucky enough to be furloughed will my 80% grant be based on my one weeks income in February or the full four weeks that I worked for this supply agency? Also will I continue to pay emergency tax if I am furloughed and when will I get a tax rebate on the emergency tax I have paid for the last four weeks?
Thank you
