Can i claim furloughed?
Basically i worked from March 2019 to November 2019 then went back again March 2020 for 3 weeks. Seasonal job. Meant to run until November 2020. No P45 given in between. New contract said continual employment from March 2019. They only signed it as it was in premarried name so process of being redone for me to sign. They paid this March salary and said would look into whether i could be furloughed. Can i? Or is it their decision.
