Ryanair refund

Hi all , I've purchased 5 tickets through Ryanair in July with their cancellation insurance at time of booking . I've tried numerous times to call Ryanair to cancel but they just give me 2 incorrect numbers and email address in Spain to chase my case ! (Please don't suggest I read the forums because I have ) Anyone having the same problem ? Surely if I've purchased a cancellation insurance at time of booking they can't wriggle out?!! X
