Section 75 partial refund

Hi we had a trip cancelled that cost £192

The provider has issued a 50% refund of £96 under their standard cancellation terms that we are challenging as we did not cancel, we had no choice to go due to COVID19 travel restrictions

If they insist on not repaying the other half do we still have the option of section 75 given the remaining balance is now less than £100 but the original service cost £192

    If the company cancelled it, then yes.  But if you didn't go because of travel restrictions, then no.  You would look to your insurance for that.
