Replacement radiator panel

I need to replace the radiator panel in my heated towel rail.  It is  745mm wide by 370mm high. It looks a bit like the picture below.  Any suggestions where I could get this from?

By the sounds of it, an old imperial size radiator. A type 10 (single panel, no fins). The closest match would be - https://www.radiators.co.uk/product-range/myson-premier-he-imperial?filter_height-range=300-399mm&filter_configuration=single-k1&filter_width-range=700-799mm - Unfortunately, a type 11 (single panel, fins down the back). It won't be cheap either.

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.
  • Where are you measuring it?
Given that its has to fit within a framework of rigid chromed pipes, your measurements will need to be exact.  You need to know:
    1. The width from the edge of the pipe fitting (chrome nut removed) on one side to the same point on the other.
    2. The height from the centre line of the lower pipe connection to the centre line of the upper pipe connection.
Once you have that, or if that is what you have already measured, then as FreeBear suggests - look at Myson imperial sizes.
If you can get the height right, you could go for a slightly narrower radiator and use extenders to make up the difference.
If it isn't holed, might be easier to remove, get it sand blasted and re-sprayed.

Thanks for the information about imperial size radiators still being available.  I'm looking to replace one of mine so timing is great.

Would it be easier to replace the entire towel rail?
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".
