Missing Debit Card Repayment

Hi,
I did a bit of matched betting over Cheltenham and found myself with £1K+ in my Exchange Account.
I withdrew my balance to my Debit Card, linked to my Current Account and now 17 days later, my money is nowhere to be seen. I have lost track of the number of phone calls and e-mails to both my Bank and the Betting Exchange; the money briefly appeared in my Bank Account as 'available' although not in my 'balance' and the following day, it disappeared.
The exchange have provided me with screenshots from their 3rd party payment provider to 'prove' that they made the payment; my Bank have assured me that they have seen the payment in the Banking system but that the exchange reversed the transaction.
I'm piggy in the middle with both parties saying that they are not at fault; I've raised a formal complaint with my Bank but I know this will take up to 5 days for them to respond (today is day 1).
Has anyone any experience of this sort of problem and is there any way I can get this resolved?

If the bank can see the reversal then that will be what has happened.
You need to raise a complaint with the betting co.
A screen shot does not prove anything other than it was processed at that point. But will not show any reversals.
Ask them to provide the ARN (Acquirer reference number)Life in the slow lane1
