In all this doom and gloom I thought I'd share a bit of good news I had today.

We currently pay Plusnet £32 + vat for business fibre broadband and line rental - a 'special offer' on a 2 year deal that was coming to an end soon.

Phoned PN today - 'we are really busy with the current situation etc' so I hung up and tried on line like they said where it offered me a deal of £35

Tried 'live chat' which cut me off as soon as I started typing

Phoned again and call was answered after about a minute. I explained that I'd seen the latest offer of £25 on their website for new customers, asked if they could match that. "Well, actually JB, we can offer you a 2 year fixed price deal for £21.99"

As we run a holiday rental business from these premises and we are, erm, currently lacking in clients .... every little helps!!
