We were due to fly to Orlando on the 25th April for 14 days.
Our flight was booked through Netflights with Virgin Atlantic. The flight is still showing as going.
Our hotel is booked through Virgin holidays.
We also have airport parking, airport hotel, park tickets and show tickets.
Due to the fact the flights are still showing as going we are not getting anywhere with claiming refunds etc. I am fully aware that all these companies are inundated but had heard Netflights have not even been in touch with people who's flights dates have passed.
Our Estas are now no longer showing so therefore we can't fly but still need that cancellation confirmation.
Sorry just totally confused with it all. Is it just a case of wait for that cancellation email?
Thanks

Netflights as your agent will need to liaise with Virgin Holidays
Virgin Holidays are currently dealing with holidays up to 16th April (and allowing refunds for those dates)
For dates between 17th April and end May you have the option to postpone your dates and change destination

Thank you. Believe Netflights are way behind and we do not want to re book. Just stuck applying for any other refund until the flight is cancelled.0
