I was going to go to Australia for the first time and was not able to due to Scott Morrison saying I am not welcome.
All internal flights were booked with various service providers to the operators.
Has anyone had good experiences or success with GotoGate?

Hi,
Myself and my partner are currently battling against Go To Gate. We have flights scheduled to depart in Asia in a few days time. We have contacted GTG on several occasions via email, over the phone and by submitting various forms for a full refund and free cancellation, however, there response has been poor. We have submitted several forms within the past several weeks and only received automated responses. GTG will not reply via email. It takes approximately 1 hour to get through to someone working in customer service, and when you do are typically rude and do not communicate well.After a few weeks we decided to contact the airline directly, as requested by GTG as they stated the tickets were not in their control anymore. The airline then transferred control back to GTG, and GTG will still not refund us our money. It appears that GTG are not going to refund us our money, although we’re fully entitled to it. We are not searching to complain via Watchdog, Aviation authorities if applicable, and other means.My advice to anyone with tickets booked that you believe you will not be using is to;
Contact the airline directly to request free cancellation and a full refund via GTG (Ask them to send confirmation via email to yourself and GTG). I would submit a formal complaint form to GTG. Call GTG to request the full refund and state you have done everyone asked of them. I will not make the same mistake of booking with such a terrible company.0 -
Also, to give you more perspective, check Trust Pilot for reviews. They have several negative comments within the past 24 hours and 1 positive which appear fraudulent!0

I opted to accept a voucher from them on 29th April- 2 months later no sign of the voucher and I can't get through to them. They also never said there would be a €30 charge to actually book a flight using the voucher! Have requested a charge back on my credit card instead.Save £2,400 tuition fees - £2,321.04 as of 08/24
Pay off credit card by December 2024 - £1,450/£2,0000 -
