Should I make final payment for holiday due in 10 days' time?

Hi there, I have accommodation booked through Love Holidays (flights booked separately and have already been cancelled by BA) for a holiday in Turkey starting on 23rd April. I am due to make the final payment of over £1,000 on 9th April (I paid a low deposit) and don't know what to do. I have deactivated my credit card (they take payment from same card used for deposit) however, my travel insurance has said I won't be covered through them if I don't abide by the original payment plan as it will be seen as me cancelling the booking (they have confirmed I will be covered under travel disruption terms). Love holidays have deactivated their phone lines and 'live chat' is the only way of making contact. It's been impossible to connect to them and they are dealing with travellers in order of when they are due to depart. My payment is due before they are likely to contact me. Their website advises that they are not issuing refunds and only travel vouchers to help with their cash flow! If I am unable to travel due to COVID-19 (very likely) it seems I will have to pay for the accommodation anyway and then get a voucher back. If the voucher is not used within a year, a refund is issued, which seems a long time to wait and they could collapse during this time! Does anyone know what my legal rights are - am I best to make the payment and claim through credit card/insurance (could be lengthy and especially if a voucher is issued), or should I withhold the payment, which is essentially the same as me cancelling the booking? Also unable to check what cancellation terms are with booking - happy to lose deposit but impossible to find out fees without going through cancellation process!! Can't find any info on accommodation only bookings where payments are still due so grateful for any info anyone can share. Thanks.
