IR35 /Umbrella Company /furlough?

Hi
I've worked for a local authority via an agency employed by an umbrella company to comply with IR 35 for the last 6 months. Due to COVID I'm no longer working and therefore have contacted the umbrella company and agency to let them know. The agency haven't responded to my emails and the umbrella company state they are waiting for confirmation from the government about the rules.
Has any body else had their umbrella company agree to furlough them and if so how did you go about it?
If umbrella refuses to furlough, what should we do? Should we look for other work/ claim contributory job seekers allowance?
Would be grateful if anyone else could share their experience or provide any info/advice
Thanks
