Tricky question re: credit default

Hi I’m new and I’m in Scotland. I understand that defaults are removed from credit reports after six years. But what about an ongoing account such as a mortgage or electricity supplier. I defaulted on these accounts several times up until six months ago when I finally got full time work. Will the months that I defaulted remain on my credit report for six years from the first month I defaulted or the last?? confused! Help!!

If a charge on property from ccj from 2012 and nothing being paid off and accumulating interest. Can I offer a sum lower than is owed to settle the debt.As it was originally 6645 and is now almost 11.000. If I can make an offer do I do this to the creditor? As I’m unsure how to begin or where to go0
