Hi, Loganair from Derry to Southend. I was to travel 26th March and return 29th March. On the 25th March I received an email stating they had moved me to the later flight 7 hours later. They also moved my return flight by 5 hours, which is their scheduled later flight.(both flights have a different flight number) Loganair have changed that route to one flight per day due to Covid19. I did not travel and they are refusing to refund me. The flights that I was supposed to travel on were the cancelled flights. They say as a good will gesture they will let me book again within 6 months. Am I entitled to a refund????

My flight was changed too, not only that but I was refused to fly as it was non-essential! So they are refusing me a refund too, which is illegal, and offered me to put it on hold for upto a year and I'd have to pay any extra over my original fare.Totaly out of order and against government guidlines. This company is blatantly flouting the law!0

I had two flights booked with loganair at the start of the Corona virus outbreak. I was given the option to cancel the initial flights and rebook at a later date, which I opted to do.
I have spent all week communicating with loganair via email. Following the abismal level of communication, I have now been billed for two flights, using credit card details given months ago. No authorisation was given for these payments. Absolute shambles0 -
Hey all, I'm in a similar situation. Booked Aberdeen to Newcastle in May because of a stag do, but couldn't go due to lockdown. Loganair had contacted me saying they had to change the flights anyway, but I opted for a 6 month extension.
Now the stag do isn't going ahead and I have been made redundant, I really need the money back. So far they have told me like others they won't refund me but give me a 12 month extension instead. Has anyone successfully managed to get a refund and what is the best option of doing this? Note I didn't have any travel insurance0 -
If you opted for a voucher/extension, then you have relinquished your right to a refund.
With no travel insurance, you are out of options. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
