Won PPI Claim,What Next

Hi, nearly 2 weeks ago I got a letter from Santander saying I won a PPI from them. Just fill out a form and send it off and will be in your account in 2 weeks. I was helped by one of these PPI companies who did the chasing, week after I got the letter I got a text from the company congratulating me for winning the claim and ring them if I hadn't yet received the letter from the bank for a claim form and reference number. Today again the Same text. Should I wait till I have the money in the account before I ring them up?.
