Travel Republic -Uncontactable to cancel booking within my free cancellation terms & full amount due

I booked accommodation hotel only through Travel Republic for mid May. I paid a deposit of £10. The full amount of approximately £800 is due 29th April. I am well within my terms of being able to cancel my booking for free. On the travel republic website, the cancel booking option does not work. There is no ability to contact customer service through the manage booking option. Travel Republic are taking no calls. They have therefore made it impossible for me to cancel, when I am well within my free terms of cancellation. Please can anyone advise what I should do. I can not afford to have the money leave my account in the current circumstances and Travel Republic are obstructing the normal cancelation process, I believe on purpose. Does anyone have any contact details for hotel booking issues only. (This is not a package).
