Hi All, we booked a flight for the end of May with Easyjet via Lastminute.com
So in terms of refund, do we approach Easyjet or Lastminute?

Many thanks

Lastminute are your agent so you need to deal through them. They will request the refund from Easyjet and should be able to pass on once they receive it from Easyjet (likely less their fees) however if you look at the many threads on Easyjet you will find they are near impossible to contact and are pushing back on refunds so don't expect it to be resolved quickly or easily

I would say Lastminute as you have the contract with them, they have the contract with Easyjet.
You may find that Easyjet won't talk to you, a lot of airlines who have sold tickets via 3rd party suppliers won't deal with the end customer.
    ETA:
Just found this on Easyjet website - as I thought
Customers who didn’t book directly with easyJet

If you booked through a tour operator, travel agent or OTA, you will need to contact them directly. Worldwide customers affected should contact Dohop.

lastminute.com is actually asking me to request the refund directly from BA (for a flight that was cancelled by BA). I logged in the BA website and I have the option of requesting a voucher. I have not requested it yet, as I don't want a voucher, I prefer cash if I can get it.

@OP have you checked the options available to you on lastminute.com? In any case you might need to wait for a couple of months, as your flight isn't until end of May. Airlines, travel agencies and insurers won't talk to anyone unless flight is imminent (meaning next 2-3 days or so).

If I log into Lastminute and select Cancel, I get a pop up window advising me to go to Easyjet. If I log into Easyjet I don't have an option to Cancel as it wasn't booked directly through them. Ill just sit tight and see what happens late May /early june
