yahoo.com forgotten password with no back up email or tel no

Please please please can someone help my daughter.  She changed her password 2 weeks ago for her yahoo.com account and can't log in.  When she taps in her mobile number it sends her a recovery code then brings up her other 2 emails BUT not the one she needs to get into...it's like it has just disappeared.  She soo needs to get into this email but its only retrieving her other 2.  I can't get across how desperate she is as she doesn't go out and runs a small business and has this email connected to this.  As I say it's like it has disappeared.....
Any help would be appreciated a lot

I have this morning, they said they have sorted it BUT wanted payment of £49.99 to help me get into it. I cant afford that especially at the moment.

Are you sure that's Yahoo ??

Can she get in via web mail ?

Browser usually keeps passwords for sites .

Firefox  > Tools > Options > Privacy and Security > Passwords/ Logins

Go to site and click see password . Other browsers google how to .

Really!? Make sure it was the genuine Yahoo help line......I've never heard of any of the major email suppliers charging to sort out snags....
