Accidentally did balance transfer twice

in Credit cards
So this week I applied for a Santander credit card to transfer over a small debt from a Barclaycard (0% interest deal running out soon and with no income I can't pay it off right now, even though I had been planning to). So I got their no fee 0% balance transfer card and received it yesterday. Went online and activated it and noticed that no balance transfer was showing up yet, and I didn't remember whether I had already put in the balance transfer details when I applied or not. So I filled in the online form to transfer my Barclaycard balance to Santander.
However today I noticed that double the amount has now been credited to my Santander card, meaning I did do the balance transfer twice. Only one of these transfers is currently showing on my Barclaycard (showing as pending), but there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel the second one. Contacting Santander seems to be impossible at the moment as their Secure messaging doesn't work, the chatbot is useless and they are prioritising certain calls due to Covid-19.
So now I am not sure what I am supposed to do. I assume this means my Barclaycard will soon show a positive balance? Or will they block the second balance transfer somehow? If it does go in positive credit, can I do a reverse transfer and transfer it back to Santander? How can I find out what fees might be attached to this?
Sorry for the questions, I am new to this and am so annoyed that I managed to mess this up so badly.
Any help is very much appreciated!

I would be pretty sure that it will be picked up and they will either cancel it or contact you.
As you pointed out a credit card and a positive balance is not allowed.Life in the slow lane0 -

really a job for customer service, you may just need to be patient, or try at different times
or if it was a small amount just use the barclaycard for routine spending (ie current account) until its down to 0, then use the equivalent amount of current account cash that you have saved to pay off the santander.
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine0
