APH have cancelled my booking and offered a voucher. I asked for a refund (as described in their T&Cs) and they have not replied. They have now shut down their HQ and said they will be in touch when the are operational again. What options do I have?

I have the same issue even before they shut down, they refused to speak to me even though i met their terms and conditions in Section 2. I and the company i work for, an Irish company uses the airport and parking (APH in particular). They have now been taken off of our list of options. Even paypal whom i booked through wont do anything.0
