If you have based your forum username on your real name, you may want to get your forum username changed to something completely anonymous.
To help with that, have a read of this item from the Forum's FAQs:https://help.moneysavingexpert.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000213008-Can-I-change-my-username-Can I change my username?
In most circumstances, we don't allow this.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk e.g. you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something which gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email the Forum Team - forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com - your current username, the email address you registered with and three alternative usernames in order of preference.

They are asking for an extra £60 which is unlawful, read this

and report them to the SRA
https://www.sra.org.uk/Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Your actual name is also showing on the letter 'Dear (your name)', although unless you change your user name here (as per KeithP's advice above), it's a bit immaterial. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
