Barclays reducing credit card limits at this time !

I noticed that, on my Barclays banking app, the pre-approved loan amount has halved from £30,000 to £15,000.
Conversely, I received a letter from Tesco CC last month stating that, as I never got anywhere near the £10,000 limit on my CC, they would be reducing it to £5,000 on 20th March, unless I asked them not to. I didn't mind, so didn't answer. It's still £10,000.

It would appear Barclays are limiting their exposure as I have noticed they aren't carrying over my BT deal (0% 18 months, 1.9% fee) as they usually do around 5 days from the end of a month?? I'm fortunate not to need their BT deal but it doesn't look like they are getting into the spirit of helping anyone who might benefit from 18 months of 0% especially in the current climate.
They haven't reduced my limit (yet??) but stuff em if they do, I always try and keep a few steps ahead of the banks and not rely 100% on their credit card products.
