What's going on at Tonik?

I've not been able to log meter readings on Tonik's website for several weeks, so sent them in by email about 2 weeks back. Today a response arrived saying the readings should go to my new supplier as Tonik are no longer my supplier. They are however still taking money and the supply has not been interrupted (the contract is due to run until October). If you dig around their website you eventually stumble across this message:
"Thanks for your patience over the past few weeks during our system updates. We’re nearly back to normal with our monthly billing processes, but are taking extra care to ensure we get it right. If you’re still seeing any issues, please bear with us just a little while longer."
There is nothing on their blog or their Facebook page and no direct communication has been received from them. Does anyone here have any info?

Thanks JJ, I saw that thread but nothing there seems to cover this issue. Why can't businesses who take your money learn how to communicate with customers? Grrrr!0
