DRAFTY TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS

Good morning all, I would like to share my experience. On their website they stating: ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU, once your credit limit is agreed, you can use it again and again and again and...CONSIDER DRAFTY AS YOUR SAFETYNET.
What happened. My credit limit is (actually was) £1820, when i received my salary on 25th i always pay the whole outstanding money. Yesterday 27th i received an email: Hello, Your available cash has been temporarily reduced. This isn't because of any actions you've taken. As a responsible lender, in the current circumstances we are temporarily limiting the amount you can draw from your account. While we've reduced your available cash, we've made sure that you can still draw some money if you need. This is so you you can still have access to some cash in an emergency. We hope you understand and thanks for your patience at this time. We will review the situation in 12 weeks and confirm on further actions in restoring your original cash limit. Thanks for choosing Drafty, Drafty Customer Service.
You can imagine what went through my head when i read this, my rent, my shopping, petrol, car loan all is gone. I logged in to my Drafty account and i was left with £200 till my next pay day in 28 days.
I would like to warn everyone to keep an eye on similar or same situation which could happen to you.
If i would be thinking about it i would just pay minimum and keep rest of the money on my current account, but i wanted to save on the interest and was left with £200.
Is there anything i can do? To send them complain will not make difference i think.
Thanks for reading.

They are a payday loans company.
As required by law now under "responsible lending " they have reviewed your facility and reduced it.
I would head over to the debt part of the forum for advice on how to deal with your debts .
Relying on 88% interest rate loans to survive is not a good place to be and needs addressingEx forum ambassador
