Nationwide in branch statement

Options
Hi
Would anyone know if I'd be able to get a fully upto date bank statement from a nationwide branch?
Both myself and my wife have account there and normally get our statement on the 3rd and 19th of each month (we've received both). However we'd like a statement on the 31st showing our pay go into our bank accounts on the 30th. Would we firstly be able to obtain a statement in branch on the 31st despite already having statement this month?
Secondly, would it show the transaction on the 30th of March? Only one working day beforehand.
Itd be a great help to know this as we're submitting legal paperwork on the 1st so we need this.

Many thanks
Ibzguy

At the moment you would be very stupid IMO to go out and get a statement. Look at the website - essential banking only.

Are you not able to check your accounts online (or even by phone)?  Do you need physical copy?

Mini statement from an ATM ?
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

The answer to your question is 'yes'. The branch can provide a printout and it would have your salary credit on it. However, as others say above, is it really necessary? Nationwide online banking will allow you to download a statement from there which you could do straight away.

Without knowing any more about OP's 'legal paperwork' requirement, is it possible that payslips would be considered adequate evidence of salary payments, in the context of how inadvisable it is to be out and about in the current climate?

    Hi guys
Thank you for the response. This is essential, it's related to my wife's visa that runs out next week. Everything else is fine and this is just the last thing we need.
The requirement is that its a statement that's stamped and signed at the bank which is why we have to go out.
We will observe social distancing and the trip will be short and quick. I know its not ideal and I appreciate your responses.

Before going remember to check the opening hours as they are not "pre-COVID-19".  (But you probably knew that already.)
