Redundancy agreement question

Options
Hi,
If you were made redundant and the agreement said you can't tell people you've been made redundant once it's been signed etc but you told everyone way before you signed the agreement and then they ask you about it, what do you do?

Also, what happens if you send a goodbye email to colleagues, so they know you're leaving etc? Is this a breach?

Thanks all.

    1. Keep your mouth shut.
    2. Don't.

I assume they're giving you money in return for a settlement based on the wording. That being the case you have to go along with the terms.
