HSBC to upgrade Internet Banking/website (again!)

Options
Subject: Coming Soon - New Look HSBC website

We want to make sure you have the best possible online banking service and are launching an improved new-look website so that it's:

- easier for you to find the information you need, and
- quicker to access our online services

You will see the new-look website appear within the next few weeks, and following this, you will begin to notice features and tools being added which will improve your online experience and help you manage your finances better.

The changes will take place automatically and you don't need to do anything - except start to enjoy the new-look website.

There are some things that won't change, like how you login to internet banking; however the login panel will be on the right of the page rather than the left.

Thank you for using personal internet banking, we hope you like the improvements we're making.
Its only been 6 months or so, since they previously upgraded their Internet Banking system - though that was the first change in years!

Regards
Sunil

I did like like it opening in a normal-sized tab (Firefox) or Window (IE) instead of a grrrrr... "hang on while I resize it" window. Apart from that, wasn't really anything objectionable about the old or the new (soon to be old) one.

Looks slightly more colourfull, but doesn't look too dramatic to me (which is good). Seemed slightly slower than usual - probably you encouraging us all to log in... lol
