Trouble With American Book Seller

I have used Abebooks to buy several books. Up till now everything has been fine. Then March 23rd I ordered a book from an American bookseller
(Great Buy Books
PO Box 99960
Lakewood, WA, U.S.A.
98499 )
They said that the book would be despatched immediately but I should receive it at the very outside by May 25th.
There is no sign of the book . The trouble is I don't know if it was ever sent. I have sent several e-mails (to two different addresses) and they have never had the decency to reply to any of them. I have also complained to Abebooks and they say that I can reclaim a refund , but I have to wait 15 days after the "final" date of May 25th. Looking on Abebooks I notice that this bookseller is still offering hundreds of books for sale. I only hope that other people have more luck than me.
The actual book only cost less than £8 including shipping, but it is fairly rare and I cannot source it in this country. As I said above the realy annoying thing is the the lack of replies to my e-mails. I always thought that American retailers were renowned for their good customer service.

Abebooks are useless & won't step in for 15 days & the seller paperbackshop.co.uk have pushed the delivery date forward to 23rd dec!!.
I looked on abebooks the same sellers are they promising a 7-10 day lead time, what a joke, last time i use these guys, best to stick to bookdepository/amazon!!, rant overNo one said it was gonna be easy!0
