    Paragraph 16 is as written by Coupon-mad, so, if it fits your case, leave it in.  Paragraph 17 seems to be about signage and could perhaps be combined with paragraph 18, which is also about signage.  I would just add (since you seem to going down the route of not being the driver on the day) that "the defendant carried out research after having received the PCN and has discovered that the signs are .............."
  • could you advise please what this statement refers to in the par 3:   The court’s attention is drawn (but not limited to) parts 6, 10, 14 and 18 of the list of terms that are likely to be unfair.
    Is it about the terms on the sign? or is it to the paragraphs on the DEFENCE?
