There are too many other factors that you haven't mentioned for us to really know what your situation is.
If your hours have been reduced and that is in line with your employment contract then that's probably where you stand.
If you are made redundant then you can try and ask if they will be willing to furlough you but it is at their discretion.0 -
Furlough is at the discretion of the employer. They have to pay you, and then claim it back.
It seems like your employer has decided to reduce hours. They may not have the capital to pay wages and then claim back. The unknown date of when this will all end makes the decision to apply for a Business Continuity Loan difficult for many businesses.
As 7Phil says, there is are a lot of factors to consider and we don't know much from your original post.GETTING BACK ON TRACK (SLOWLY)

You can't be put on furlough if you're still doing work for the company, the minimum length of time for furlough is 3 weeks.
One option that could be explored is creating a rota of staff that take 3 weeks furlough at a time, adjusting timings so that there is always someone available for work whilst reducing costs to the employer. Stick to furloughed employees not doing any work as I suspect breaking that rule jeopardises the employers entire job retention scheme claim.0 -

If your employer has a NHS contract in England you cannot be furloughed and you will be redeployed. If they have a mixed contract things are not so clear , it may take a few days to sort out. If they are 100% private it may be possible to furlough you although finances are going to be interesting .0
