Coronavirus £10,000 grant - Rates in with rent

Hi, I employ 10 staff and have a 1200sqft office which comes within the small business rates relief. However my landlord pays the rates and just charges me rent. How do I get this grant?

So far as I know it's the business who's name is on the rates bill who can claim the grant and even then they must be receiving the full 100% relief

So being that its on a business park with 50 or so similar sized offices its likely they wont be getting the relief, so my only option would be to ask the landlord for a reduction.

Is this how its setup in your agreement? In most cases rather than the landlord pay rates they leave it to the businesses per unit as most of them will probably get full rate relief. Seem odd to pay a big rates bill then split it over the businesses which of course increases the price and makes it less attractive to rent.
I do believe on a legal standpoint you are still liable to pay/sort rates with the council even if such an agreement exists, so if the rates wasn't paid by the landlord you would be chased and such an agreement wouldn't help you.
