Hello there
Hope you can help. Since midday I have been unable to get into My eBay at all, I get the above message. I can get into eBay, but when I sign in I get the above message also. Trying to send an email for help and the above message shows again.
Everything else seems to be working fine, except my saved passwords for other sites are not there and I have to type them in every time. I had a problem a long time ago re sending messages from My eBay, and they advised me to remove cahes and cookies, I did remove the cookies and all was fine after that.
I don't really know what caches and cookies are, and am pretty scared to experiment without advice as I am unfortunately pretty much a novice and not very technical.
Please advise...

Are you by any chance on Virgin media?? They seem to be having lots of problems today, with people being unable to access certain sites.0
