Laura Ashley in Administration

I spent £900 on my debit card with LA, they have since gone into administration. I called immediately when this was announced and they processed a refund for my order and said it would be in my bank within 5 working days. This did not happen.
I have chased them since and they advise me to 'keep checking my bank.' Today I got through and they said that all refunds have now been frozen.
What can I do?
Thank you for your help in advance.

You're a creditor of a business in administration, so you'll need to get in the queue with the administrators.0

You have a chargeback right for non receipt of goods via your bank.
You will have to contact the bank for this, so be prepared for a long wait.....Life in the slow lane0
