The overdraft fees from april

Doss anyone know if the banks are going g to te prariltu delay the 40 percent fe for overdrafts starting in April due to coronavirus, my brother dosent work as he is a war pensioner but he uses his overdraft and is frightened with the drop in the pou d to dollar and also this fee it might make him go under

Depends on the bank. Barclays are not charging interest on agreed overdrafts until end of April. Apart from HSBC offering fee free overdrafts up to £300 for the next 3 months I’ve not heard any other banks announcing changes to their overdraft charging policies due to the current situation.0
