email hosting

I have read many posts on this subject, but many don't reflect what i am looking for.

My present supplier for email and my domain is Uno/Xilo.  however due to issues with email (missing items, and their new webmail system is very fussy about form and content - losing attachments - unlike the system being replaced - of course I can't dictate how or what form others choose to send emails)  I am looking for a new home

To be honest all the searching I have done I find most websites very unclear, or charge per address  which makes it too expensive, and/or email storage is too limited, also in some cases is just too expensive.

What I would like to replicate is to transfer my domain (no website), and have 5 email addresses (not aliases) min 2gb per address, works with client and webmail systems using IMAP.  Target is £5 pm max .  I would also checkout what Trustpilot says, hopefully 4 stars min.  Spam filtering  is also required.

Any suggestions please?  Thank you.

As majority of your posts are you shilling this company, I wouldn't really trust the recommendation.

I use GMX as a free email host, and use my ISP's SMTP server to send mail from my domain.  I hate webmail, so I exclusively use the Thunderbird email client.

You could buy a raspberry pi, set it up with something like citadel and host it at home, which will need less than £5/month in electricity, and a static IP address.  Proper ISPs will give you a static IP, the bargain bucket crowd not so much.
