I hope we are all doing everything possible to stay safe from Covid-19.
I need advise from you if you can.  I applied for Mortgage in January and was declined by Halifax. I applied with Nationwide and was declined the second time. My broker advised me to do a check on National Hunter database. I reluctantly made the request. I got a feedback from them today that highlighted - 
 Barclays Bank fraud protection . The product is ACCOUNTS_N - LB Unsecured Products. Beneath the report, it states reason - false instrument paid in. My company was indicated - although some details regarding the company were wrong
Based on the reason of "False Instrument Paid In" I went through all the transactions that happened between when the account was opened in May 2017 to July 2018 when Barclays closed the account without reason. I noticed that only myself and my wife who is a director made payment into the account. The only 3 party payment was currency transfer that I personally initiated from Eurocurrency in MK Central Mall. I do not understand with false instrument paid in meant in this instance.
Still reeling on the report, I recalled that in May 30, 2018, I made a telephone request for overdraft of 2k. The credit officer asked series of questions around why we have money (60k)coming into the account from us - Directors, and most of the fund going overseas- partly to my account and our subsidiary with same name as the UK company. I explained that we have a subsidiary overseas, and that  we are also growing the business capacity to produce custom goods which we will be selling in UK.  The officer advised that since the funds are coming from us into the account, there is no evidence of customers making payment into our business account, she will not approve the overdraft of 2k. I explained that we just commenced the business and initial investment are being made the moment. I referred her to see narratives on some of the companies being paid and descriptive of the transactions. She said that is fine and that when we start receiving payments, I should reapply. A letter was sent also explaining same to me. Unknown to me, the company account already had overdraft of same amount of 2k- there was no need to make the request in the first instance.
 2 months after the request, the company bank account, my personal account with barclays and 2 other companies accounts with Barclays were closed.
We moved on with other main street banks - our ecommerce business current doing well with average sales of 50k per month, the other 2 businesses (care company regulated by CQC) and cleaning company are also doing very well.
Unknown to me Barclays has put my name on a fraud registered. I am asking your advise on what to do?

Why not put a complaint into Barclays.

Just looking as the report on the unsecured product, the date reads 03.01.2017. But my account was opened in April 2017. I am just thinking how to reach the bank as the telephone line is asking for information such as membership number which I cannot provide

If we look at this calmly, in the present....there is no way you will be getting a mortgage any time soon, most lenders are pulling all but the most expensive deals and require a massive deposit.
Therefore, there is no urgent reason that you need to chase this up. You might as well wait until all this disruption is over and contact Barclays then. 

You say your businesses are doing well, so there is no detriment to them from the National hunter report. Patience is the order of the day for now.
