Can my redundancy be delayed for two months so I can receive the Furlough pay?

Hello,
I am due to be made redundant on 31st March 2020, regardless of what happens, my role will be made redundant.
I know the purpose of the scheme is to avoid redundancy.
Is it possible my company can delay my redundancy until end of May 2020 so that I can get Furlough payment as I will struggle to find a job at the moment, and then make me redundant after that?
Im getting alot of mixed views on this.
