Working whilst furloughed

My daughter has 2 part time jobs, one with a garden centre (10 hours a week) and the other as a carer for a disabled lady (6 to 8 hours a week). The garden centre has closed and she has been furloughed, however, the disabled lady still needs her as a carer. She thinks that if she carries on working for the disabled lady as a carer then she will lose the garden centre furlough money. Can anyone clarify whether or not my daughter can carry on working as a paid part time carer whilst she is furloughed from the garden centre?
