I've tried to search for an answer and have confused myself further.
With the government 80% furlough scheme can anyone tell me how much my take home pay will be?
My salary is 40k a year, gross pay £3333 and net normally around £2500

Ultimately it'll be down to your employer and whether they will continue to top up you salary to it's full amount but the maximum the Gov will pay is £2500.0

Thanks, So If I get the £2500, do I then pay tax and NI, so the take home pay will be around £1900?0

Yes, the 2,500 will be the gross amount, you will have PAYE tax, nic and any pension contributions taken off.0

If your employer doesn't top up the salary to it's full amount then yes, this is the likelihood.1
