So my partner and I booked a flight from Miami to Toronto but using Air Canada's UK website. What rights should we be adhering by, UK, US or Canada? We are no longer able to use this flight as our flight from the UK to Miami was cancelled due to Covid-19.
Thanks for your help!

It will be the policy of the operating carrier (Air Canada) and depending on what the issue is by the regulatory authority of the route (e.g. a safety concern may be governed by both the American FAA and the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.
If you booked separate tickets UK > MIA and MIA > YYZ and can no longer make the MIA > YYZ flight, you have no automatic right to a refund or credit on that MIA > YYZ flight. Your only hope will be is Air Canada have cancelled that flight.0
