Pay entitlement when told to Isolate

Searched Gov website but nothing seems to be clear.
If an employer tells you to isolate for a week (I'd been travelling) before returning to work (key industry, print labels for food) am I entitled to full pay or just SSP?
I know if I choose to self isolate I just get SSP but it's my employer (rightly so) telling me to not return for a week.
Quite sure I wouldn't qualify for the 80% as my employer is able to continue working, reasonably normal.
Side note, if you did qualify for the 80% would that just be of your salary or include any shift bonus you may get? As continental shift workers take home pay is heavily subsidised by the shift pay.
Thanks for any help.

SSP.
The employer could chose to pay you full pay at their discretion, or if you normally get employer sick pay as part of your conditions then you would probably be entitled to receive that.
We don't yet know the earnings period that applies to calculate the 80%. In the case of shift work bonuses it could be based on the previous month alone, it could be that an average of 12 months' pay used, it may be that your wage for this month last year could be used.
Worst case scenario is it will be based on base salary alone but as I said we haven't been told yet. Wait for clarification to be released, hopefully in the next week or so.1 -

If you choose to stay home it is not clear that you entitled to SSP - I don't think you are, others take a different view.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
