Help for small businesses

Can anyone help? I own a small tour boat business on Loch Ness. As I don't have a fixed premise to operate from ( I operate from a rentable mooring) I don't qualify for the Scottish Govts SBBS grant scheme. After reading everything I can I can't seem to find any information that applies to businesses like mine. I know there are probably loans available but I don't want to go down that road because, for example, if we're back up and running in 6 months time I will them be saddled with a lot of debt. Any help greatly appreciated.
