Looks like this company has had a possible security breach. You are unable to make manual payments to your card - you can only do a bank transfer. They say they will not hold it against you if you make a Bank transfer which takes 3-5 days and it takes you over your payment due date... I would screenshot the conversation as evidence of that statement.
Bit of a headache for anyone who pays off in full but does not know how much the full payment is. Direct Debits are still being taken.
