I have recently left my job as receptionist in a hotel on 12th March and I was due to start a new job as an administrator on 23rd March but due to them closing I was unable to start and the new company are not paying me at all. Where do I stand in getting any pay.

My Wife is in the same position,
Signed contract, start date of 23rd March and that same day they closed the stores. She is trying to find out where she stands too.
After a search of the forums I am yet to come across any useful posts that match her situation as exact as this one, I will keep searching.0
