Ticket Master refunds
Bought show tickets via ticket master circa 11 montbs ago ( total value £300) on Santander Credit card
3 months ago Closed (Santander) credit card for unrelated reasons
Show cancelled due to Covid 19
At first ticket master refused to acknowledge cancellation - "waiting for new date"
Cancellation confirmed by venue
Now Ticket master will not refund because credit card closed and they cant be sure money is going to right person!
Nb - current account is with Santander and has been for circa 20 years!
Any advice would be appreciated
