I was with Breeze until they folded and was transferred to British Gas with a credit on my account of £480. I switched away as soon as I could so have a bill with them for 1 month, but no refund of the credit, nor has it been shown against my account. This has been the situation for over 3 months and I am getting no joy. Any suggestions on what to do next?

    Does your final bill from British Gas show a credit balance?
    Just trying to be clear on which account showed the credit balance, just Breeze or did it show up on BG as well?
