Good morning all
Has anyone had any dealings with these two companies? I need to claim for cancelled flights and can't get through after two days of calling. Looking at online reviews of them, I think i'm in for a long battle (if i can ever get though)

It might surprise you but 2 million had booked to travel at Easter, the holidays have been cancelled and most are trying to contact their insurers. Have you checked to see if you can submit a claim online?
